"You Want a Mini-Cabin Built, We Make it Happen!"

From many situations I have experienced and observed qualified and experienced builder (www.rrcustomexteriorsinc.com) I know people are tired of being hassled, delayed, and over-charged for the simple priviledge of putting a versatile structure on their own property.
Simply put..........We build substantial, very affordable, mini-log cabins (200sf and under) out of real logs. These things are awesome!
Who doesn't love the beauty, feel, and warmth of a cabin. We single and double loft these cabins to maximize storage, comfort, and enjoyability.
These buildings last a lifetime and you do not need level land for construction. Some of our most popular cabins are sitting on hillsides facing beautiful water views and landscapes.
Our satisfied clients have utilized these cabins for the following uses:
Garages, sheds, tractor shelter, playhouses, hunters and vacation cabins, pool houses, duck blinds, bus stops, Mother-in-Law, woodshed, storage, forts, kennels, dog houses, 'work-out rooms", home business, remote land, safe-haven, horse shelters....
Our largest is pictured at the right. We call this one "The Grizzly". 9' at sidewalls, 7:12 roof pitch, log truss system, colored metal roofing and any configuration of doors and windows.
The one pictured is a garage with 200 sf of floor space and 140sf of loft space. It has been very popular.
This building is so functional. We build to suit taste and need. By staying at 200 sf, we bypass the need for costly and lengthy permitting so "you buy, we build"! We will not be happy until we have designed the exact cabin for your needs.
NOTE: In some photos you will observe light shining through the spaces between the logs. This indicates the cabin has not yet been "chinked". "Chinking" is added after the logs have had sufficient "dry-time" and will improve the beauty, weatherization, and insulation quality as well as add a measure of pest control.
